- Sole Membership – unmarried person, widow or widower only (children thru 11 included)
- Family (husband and/or wife, including children thru 11 years of age)
- Additional adult domiciled with member 18-24 years of age (married couple not included)
- Members’ children unmarried, 12 thru 17 years of age
